About Roebuck Law Firm
Roebuck Law Firm is a growing plaintiff personal injury practice in Las Vegas with an expanding caseload across Nevada and California. The firm handles auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases. We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful—not just fill a seat.
The RoleThis is not a traditional office manager position. You will own the firm’s talent engine, operational systems, and performance infrastructure
: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, SOP development, Filevine system ownership, technology management, and KPI reporting.
The firm has a separate Office Manager who handles day‑to‑day operations, team culture, and financial processing.
Your role is focused on the systems, processes, technology, data, recruiting, and accountability infrastructure that allows the firm to operate efficiently and continue growing. The two roles complement each other but do not overlap. You report directly to the Managing Attorney. If you thrive on creating structure and organization, then you would thrive in this position. There is a clear growth path to Director of Operations as the firm continues to scale.
