Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives on making a real impact? We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team in Las Vegas and support the backbone of our business—our people. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for employees and managers, helping to shape workplace culture while ensuring compliance and efficiency. You’ll wear many hats—from onboarding to employee relations—making every day different and rewarding.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Partner with managers to onboard and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and workplace policies.
- Partner with managers on legal and policy compliance.
- Support performance management, training, and development efforts.
- Perform internal data audits and fulfill government and company reporting requirements.
- Ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- 5 years of experience (2 years as a generalist), though we value demonstrated skill and potential just as much.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and good humor.
- A proactive, approachable team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Degree in HR a plus, HR Certification preferred.
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
- This is an in‑office position that will be located within the Las Vegas area.
