Human Resources Manager

As HR Manager you will provide field and corporate support with an emphasis on associate relations, frontline recruitment, training, and diversity. You will advise on policies, procedures, and programs.

• Coordinate and conduct management training (terminations, sexual harassment, performance management).
• Investigate and advise management on resolution of associate relations issues.
• Coordinate exit interviews to determine reasons for separations.
• Recommend strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Represent organization at personnel‑related hearings and investigations.
• Support internal customer survey and associate satisfaction interpretation/feedback.
• Attend operational meetings to increase HR visibility and conduct classroom training.
• Coordinate and conduct training on interviewing, selection and hiring.
• Assist managers in developing recruitment plans to increase qualified applicant flow.
• Provide support and tools to unit management for building relations and presenting at schools, community events, and job fairs.
• Support SSC sector and provide assistance in critical markets.
• Identify critical needs areas and take appropriate steps to rectify problems.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation and management training.
• Conduct HR assessments.
• Prepare and present HR topics at Field Operations Workshops for HR Training and Development.
• Conduct regular HR training (sexual harassment, progressive discipline, HR 101).
• Support Preferred Employer objectives and HR business plan by attending operational meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.);
  Master’s preferred.
• 2–5 years of multi‑unit HR generalist and associate relations experience.
• Experience in a high customer‑contact setting.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific, technical, financial, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
