- This is a fully onsite role in Las Vegas. Candidates should enjoy being present with the team and working closely with leadership in-office.
Must Have:
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Experience supporting leaders as an HR business partner
We’re partnering with a fast-growing international financial coaching company that is expanding its presence in the United States.
For the past 13 years, the company has built a strong, people-first culture in Australia. Now they’re focused on recreating that same high-performance culture in their U.S. office—and they’re looking for an HR Manager who wants to play a key role in making that happen.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on HR role where you’ll work closely with leaders, support employees, and help connect culture, engagement, and performance to real business outcomes.

- Acting as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees
- Supporting a strong culture through coaching, engagement, and recognition initiatives
- Providing guidance on U.S. employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Supporting performance management conversations and difficult employee situations
- Implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Helping ensure the employee experience aligns with the company’s values and growth goals
- Supporting onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR systems
- Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management
- Someone who enjoys being visible and present with teams
- Strong communication and leadership coaching skills
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
