Human Resources Manager

• Serve as a resource for management and an employee champion
• Assess and anticipate HR-related needs and formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service
• Administer, coordinate, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices within assigned hospitals
• Serve as the human resource professional and face of HR at the hospital and in the community
• Plan, organize, develop, implement, coordinate, and manage complex human resource interventions
• Handle benefits, compensation, employment, employee development, employee relations, employment regulations, hiring, firing, disciplinary matters, and related activities
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in overseeing all human resources functions at assigned facilities
• Make significant human resource decisions within the facility or provide recommendations to the facility CEO and/or corporate HR

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Three to five years of related experience with progressive responsibilities within the human resource function required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• PHR or SPHR Certification or equivalent preferred

Demonstrates expertise in human resource management, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations. Proven ability to assess HR needs and implement effective strategies within healthcare settings.
