** to lead the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our global HR systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving digital HR transformation.

* ** System Ownership & Strategy**  + Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Security.  + Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals.  + Lead system governance, change control, and roadmap planning.
* ** Configuration & Optimization**  + Design and implement advanced configurations, business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs.  + Optimize system performance and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives.  + Manage Workday releases, regression testing, and adoption of new features.
