Position:
Yardi Systems Administrator
The Yardi Systems Administrator manages and supports Yardi systems, including evaluating and updating systems with plug-ins, controlling user access, and ensuring audit compliance. Collaborates with internal departments to implement, document, test, and support application systems, as well as designs and maintains custom reports within Yardi software. Optimizes the use of the Property Management platform to support processes and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
Stay updated on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Communicates insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, and/or computer science preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of technical experience as a Yardi administrator
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in business systems applications, ideally in large real estate or regulated environments
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Yardi report writing
- Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar databases and ability to query using SQL
- Advanced experience writing SQL queries and scripts
- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Property Management business processes
- Customer service principles and the ability to support and explain complex concepts to non-technical users
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and solutioning skills
- Motivated, service-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet conflicting and multiple deadlines
