We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Programmer with professional experience in designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines and analytics solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong ETL expertise, hands-on experience with Azure data services, solid data modeling and warehouse design skills, and a strong commitment to data quality, governance, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using both on-premises and cloud-based tools, including IBM Info Sphere Data Stage, Microsoft SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF), based on the project plan.
- Build and manage scalable data pipelines and storage solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and retrieval, based on the project plan.
- Develop and optimize data solutions using Python, R, T-SQL, and PL/SQL to support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications.
- Work with traditional on-premises relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2, including performance tuning and data integration.
- Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and architectural frameworks that support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
- Create and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and reports, ensuring optimized performance and accurate business insights
- Experience in ETL development using on-premises and cloud tools.
- Experience in Python, R, T-SQL, and/or PL/SQL.
- Experience in Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage
- Experience in Design and implement data pipelines following Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
- Experience in Power BI and Power BI data modeling.
- Experience in Data modeling, data warehouse design and architecture for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience in Data governance, validation, monitoring, and lineage management.
