Interview Availability: Will confirm on 2/11
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr
Bill Rate: $47
Interview Process: virtual IVs – 2 rounds, first with HM Brian Nguyen and final with Nicole Barnish
Follow-up Activity: 2/11 at 9am PST, invite accepted by Brian and Nicole
Who makes final hiring decision: Brian and Nicole will decide together
Other details: Backfill due to team member on leave; 6-month duration
Responsibilities- Reviewing and redlining vendor contracts and IT vernacular
- Follow through and ability to work independently

Role: Sr. Sourcing Associate
Qualifications- Minimum of 3–5 years of Sourcing experience in IT and SAAS categories
- Bachelor’s or similar degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field required; MBA preferred
- 3+ years in roles in sourcing/negotiations/supplier management
- 3+ years relevant IT and Software category experience
- Experience negotiating and reviewing/redlining business terms in Software License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work
- Ability to manage large, complex projects with timelines, quality deliverables, and risk management
- Experience in strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement function knowledge
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels
- Strong computer, e-auction and systems literacy
- Customer-centric approach (internal/external)
