High school graduation or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.). - Experience:
Five (5) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems; or an Associate degree with a major in an IT-related field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science) plus three (3) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems. - Licenses and
Certifications:
