IT Network Manager

• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
• 6 plus years of relevant IT Leadership experience
• 3 plus years of strong leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and empower high-performing technical teams
• Experience defining and managing IT projects
• Must be familiar with product lifecycle best practices
• Must have experience in strategic planning, incident/risk management project management and resource allocation

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Experience leading IT teams in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments
• Proven track record of building strong vendor and partner relationships
• Experience managing the delivery of high-availability IT services, with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and user experience across complex systems.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall)
• Experience with core networking including but not limited to Route/Switch, firewalls and DNS, DHCP and IPAM.
• Experience using service management tools such as Jira, Big Picture, or Service Now
• Basic knowledge of network security principles.
