Architect real-time data pipelines at enterprise scale.Lead Striim CDC implementations connecting Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL to Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and Kafka. Deliver low‑latency, high‑throughput streaming solutions with schema evolution and production‑grade monitoring.
Striim CDC Leadership- Design/develop real‑time CDC pipelines with streaming SQL transformations.
- Build low‑latency replication from enterprise DBs to cloud data warehouses.
- Integrate Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
SQL, Snowflake, Big Query, Databricks, Kafka. - Implement schema evolution, conflict resolution, and data validation.
- Mentor data engineers on Striim best practices and performance tuning.
- Lead production support, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Drive Agile delivery of complex streaming projects.
- 3+ years Striim OR similar CDC platforms (Golden Gate, Debezium, Confluent).
- Expert CDC, streaming SQL, real‑time data pipelines.
- Hands‑on AWS, Azure, OR Google Cloud Platform experience.
- Production support + performance optimization experience.
