Description
Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Business Analyst to support the systems, programs, and applications unique to payment processing and be a resource for the product owner and subject matter experts of the payment processes.
Summary Of Essential Job Functions- Support projects and daily functions involving the payment systems, programs and applications
- Become an expert with the payment systems, programs and applications configuration/features/functions
- Be familiar with dependencies of the payment systems, programs and applications with internal and external systems/functions
- Document and maintain end‑to‑end process flows for payment operations
- Assist with the recurring audit of all customer front-facing payment language
- Trouble shoot and remediate issues with vendors and internal systems supporting the payment function
Work with users, IT professionals, and senior‑level management - Write user stories to support agile initiatives for the systems, programs, applications
- Experience supporting UAT and production validation
- Perform business responsibilities and duties such as vendor contract processing, ad‑hoc reporting, vendor documentation and performance reviews
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in position with applicable business analyst experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in financial technology, banking, or payments
- At least 3 years working in an agile environment as a business analyst
- Familiarity with rest API’s (postman/JSON)
- Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Align
- Experience with SQL/Snowflake or similar query languages
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results

- Collaborate with team members and conduct deep dive analysis
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and project/time management skills
- Ability to network across the Business and IT, work independently, and execute requirements gathering with speed and accuracy

- Understanding of Cloud native applications
- Managed systems configurations
- Work history includes acting as a liaison between IT and end users on legacy and modern systems, programs and applications functions and features
