Location:

Onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Contract Length: 6 months

Rate: $22/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join one of our top clients in Las Vegas, NV. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in technology and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and/or macOS systems.

* Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.

* Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.

* Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams as needed.

* Document procedures and contribute to the IT knowledge base.

Top 3-5 Tools/Tech:

* Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Technician, or similar role.

* Familiarity with ticketing systems (Help Desk software such as Service Now).

* Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.

* CompTIA's A+, Network+, or Security+ (preferred, but not required).
