The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and experienced technical leader with a strong background in architecting and supporting enterprise-scale application environments. They have demonstrated success as a technical project lead delivering secure, reliable, and supportable SaaS, COTS, cloud (e.g., Azure), and on-premise application implementations. They work closely with vendors, IT stakeholders, and business partners throughout solution design, establishing support standards, and ensuring smooth hand off from development to operational support through well-developed and documented procedures.

The candidate brings experience providing Tier-3 application support and troubleshooting complex issues across Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and cloud database platforms. They mentor team members, improve/automate processes, apply Sec Ops/Dev Ops concepts, communicate clearly, stay current with evolving technologies, and understand the importance of delivering world class application solutions and support.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience administering IBM Maximo Application Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter.

INTRODUCTION:
