- Own and deliver successful end-to-end onboarding experiences. Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from discovery through go-live, ensuring a seamless, organized, and high-quality customer experience.
- Drive accountability and momentum toward on-time go-live. Proactively manage timelines, milestones, and customer engagement to keep onboarding on track and aligned to target outcomes.
- Guide customers through a structured, resource-driven onboarding journey. Act as a strategic partner by directing customers to the right tools, content, and workflows, enabling confident adoption without traditional training.
- Improve onboarding outcomes through insight and cross‑functional collaboration. Identify risks, gaps, and trends during onboarding and share actionable feedback to enhance processes, resources, and overall customer experience.
- Contribute to a strong, engaged, and adaptable team culture. Actively participate in company initiatives, internal platforms, and team engagement efforts while demonstrating openness to new tools, evolving workflows, and continuous change.
- Provisioning SLA within 1 business day of purchase.
- Discovery Call SLA within 7 business days of purchase.
- Time to Value average < 80 days per customer.
- Retention within first 90 days of purchase > 96%.
- Relevant industry and software experience. Experience working in an eye care or clinical setting, with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
- Customer-facing and remote engagement skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and effectively support customers in a remote environment.
- Organization, problem-solving, and self‑direction. Ability to manage multiple priorities, research and resolve issues independently, and maintain momentum in a fast‑paced onboarding environment.
- Technical proficiency and adaptability. Comfort with modern tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, virtual collaboration tools), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving technology.

The Fine Print (That Really Matters)At Practice Tek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate's skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay a base pay between [SALARY RANGE]. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
