• Develop and complete comprehensive web and digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage and optimize the website to ensure an outstanding user experience, driving engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to determine and implement digital initiatives.
• Analyze and report on web and digital performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Coordinate content creation and ensure it adheres strictly to brand guidelines and messaging.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to expand digital reach and capabilities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and guidelines to keep digital strategies competitive.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure all web and digital activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• 7 years of marketing experience or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web and digital marketing with a consistent record of achievement.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web analytics tools and content management systems.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (nice‑to‑have).
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry (nice‑to‑have).
