THE JOB:

The Sr. Manager Analytics - Partnerships will manage corporate and property business relationships and will serve as a subject matter expert for analytics. The individual will be responsible for leading and mentoring analysts and ensuring that actionable goals of the team align with the strategic direction of Technology, Digital, & Data. The Sr. Manager Analytics - Partnerships will have a distinctive skill set that combines analytics, engineering, leadership, and business acumen to be able to understand our customers and business and provide meaningful insights and recommendations as a subject matter expert of the data.

They will be responsible for making sure that our data is accurate, while also coming up with strategies to improve our measurement capabilities and researching analytics products and features to enhance our data collection and reporting.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Manages analytics reporting to support key performance indicators for partnerships with MGM Resorts and MGM Rewards.

* Leads and mentors other analysts to ensure ad hoc requests and analysis are handled appropriately. Will establish business requirements and project timelines to manage reports and requests.

* Performs assessments to align technology and reporting solutions with business initiatives.

* Partners with business stakeholders to track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across teams; serve as contact for analytics/tracking requests.

* Leads and develops functional relationships with key internal stakeholders to capture business requirements.

* Produces clear and detailed reporting in a timely manner to answer key business questions and provides insights and recommendations.

* Perform other job‐related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* The ideal candidate has more than two years of advanced professional analytics experience.

* They have more than three years of professional experience in the gaming, hospitality, or travel industry (preferred).

* They have proven experience taking analytics metrics from business requirements through implementation and dashboard creation.

* They have experience with high performance teams and Product Managers.

* They bring the ability to distill complex datain to concise and easily understood concepts and recommendation.

* They have familiarity and/or working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and/or C++.

* They have familiarity and/or working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power

BI.

* They have experience in management consulting, retail, hospitality and/or entertainment focused companies.
