• Hours: 10–20 per week (flexible schedule)
• Status: W-2 Employment
• Location: Las Vegas Valley, NV (travel required)

• Perform computer hardware and software installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for end users
• Maintain and update systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Keep accurate service records and communicate status updates
• Provide on-site support across multiple locations in the Las Vegas Valley

• Previous experience in computer repair or IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Mac experience a plus)
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
