Customer Experience and Partnership
- Deliver a positive onboarding experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and guidance.
- Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
- Understand customer goals and tailor onboarding to meet their practice needs.
Onboarding and Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of onboarding engagements from kickoff through completion.
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and milestones to ensure successful implementation.
- Track progress, document activity, and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
Scaled Onboarding & AI Enablement
- Help design and evolve a scaled onboarding experience using tools such as Userpilot.
- Partner cross‑functionally to build in‑app guidance, walkthroughs, and automated onboarding journeys.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort while improving customer experience.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize onboarding flows using data and customer feedback.
Time to Value
- Drive customers to go‑live readiness within established timelines (7–14 days).
- Balance quality and efficiency based on product complexity and services purchased.
- Identify risks early and partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
- Average time‑to‑value: 7–14 days to go‑live readiness.
- Customer onboarding satisfaction: ≥90% positive feedback.
- Successful completion of onboarding milestones within defined timelines.
- Increased adoption of scaled onboarding experiences.
- Reduction in manual onboarding effort through automation and improved design.
- 4+ years of combined experience in customer support within a SaaS environment and/or a behavioral or mental health practice setting.
- Hands‑on experience in a behavioral or mental health office environment and understanding of workflows and patient engagement processes.
- Experience in SaaS or technology‑enabled environments, preferably in onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
- Exposure to or interest in scaled onboarding tools such as Userpilot, Pendo, or Appcues.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Ability to operate both tactically (1:1 onboarding) and strategically (scaling onboarding).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, guiding customers of varying technical comfort levels.

Compensation for this position is expected to be between $42,000 and $54,000. The role is eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Additional compensation such as bonuses or equity may be available where applicable.
