You will operate as a strategic partner to web experience, marketing, and engineering; identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and driving measurable improvements in conversion across global markets. You will be the subject matter expert in conversion rate optimization and experimentation strategy, defining long‑term vision, governance, and frameworks that guide digital optimization efforts globally. You will directly shape how audiences experience Cirque digitally, removing friction and ensuring more fans make it from curiosity to the magic of a live show.

  • Solves highly ambiguous and complex digital experience challenges with minimal oversight, while aligning to broader strategic priorities.
  • Act as a connective tissue across teams, bringing perspectives together.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution; you are just as comfortable building a dashboard as you are shaping a roadmap.

  • Leverage AI and automation where it meaningfully accelerates insight generation, experimentation, or workflow efficiency.
What You Bring

  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and drive them through to execution.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
