Information Technology Manager

As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations and infrastructure of our company in Las Vegas. Your main role will be to ensure that all systems, hardware and software are running smoothly and efficiently to support the business needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing technical guidance and support.

• Manage and maintain all technology systems, hardware and software.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure effective use of technology resources.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems.
• Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
• Manage a team of IT professionals and provide technical guidance and support.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, software and security protocols.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

We are looking for an Indian candidate who is willing to relocate to Las Vegas. We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with accommodation, visa sponsorship and airfare.
