We’re looking for a responsible and skilled candidate to join our Customer Service Order Desk team.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

• Processing customer orders.
• Providing order confirmations to customers.
• Helping customers with product information.
• Billing out order for customers.
• UPS Shipping.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in same or similar position.
• S olution ‑ oriented communicator.

• Safety First: Requires strict adherence to all safety rules within an office environment and industrial plant locations where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Dynamic Environment: You’ll work in diverse environments, including exposure to varying conditions such as outdoor industrial operations settings.
• Physical Requirements: Requires sitting/standing in front of a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to pass a physical exam, as may be required.
