We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to start immediately for a Reputable Law Firm in Summerlin/Las Vegas.
- This is a 100% on site position in Summerlin, Las Vegas
- Hourly Rate is up to $31.25 depending on the level of experience on W2
- Given this is a law firm, we highly prefer someone with Law Firm experience, but would be open to other professional services as well such as Accounting Firm, Investment Firm, Consulting Firm, etc.
- Supporting computer hardware and software systems
- System setups, breakdowns and office moves
- Performing troubleshooting and support for level 1 and 2 issues
- Assisting with managing software updates/patches/deployment
- Managing Active Directory user and Exchange accounts
- Assisting with management of backups
- Conference room/war room technology support
- Audio/Visual systems support for reception areas and courtrooms
- Assisting firm guests/clients with WiFi and printing
- Assisting with Zoom and other web-based video technologies
- Creating and deploying images on desktops and laptops
- Setting up local and networked printers/copiers
- Supporting on-prem VOIP phone system
- Supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
- Proactively interacting and collaborating with CTO
- Interacting directly with IT vendors, MSPs and VARs for troubleshooting or projects
- Assisting with technology and presentations in trial
- Available to work overtime, after hours and on weekends when necessary
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of general IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, isolate, remediate and document hardware and software issues
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Experience providing support in a Windows 10 environment
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience supporting remote access technology, like Terminal Server, VPN, and/or Citrix
- Experience with Windows Administrative Tools - ADUC, DNS, GPO, etc.
- Basic familiarity managing switches, routers, and firewalls
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift workstations, printers, servers, etc.
- Law firm experience
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop or similar)
- Advanced skills with Power Point
- Mobile device management experience
- SIEM and/or XDR experience
- Video editing experience
