What You'll Do- Develop and complete comprehensive web and digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Manage and optimize our website to ensure an outstanding user experience, driving engagement and conversions.
- Lead and execute hands‑on website development and maintenance, including front‑end development and direct management of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support ongoing enhancements and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to determine and successfully implement digital initiatives.
- Analyze and report on web and digital performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve our strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Coordinate content creation and ensure it strictly adheres to our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to expand our digital reach and capabilities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and guidelines to keep our digital strategies competitive and innovative.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure all web and digital activities align with relevant regulations and standards.
- 7 years of marketing experience or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in web and digital marketing, demonstrating a consistent record of achievement.
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably with Edge Delivery Services and modern front‑end web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with web analytics tools and content management systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience (nice‑to‑have).
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry (nice‑to‑have).
Up to 25%.
Pay Range$80,500 - $149,500 per year. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
