We are growing and looking to hire an experienced Senior Back‑End Developer to join our Information Technology team. This role offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem‑solving and creative abilities, and the ability to exercise sound judgment. You must demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify complex computer programs.
• Lead technical staff and client interactions to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Perform unit testing and assist in defining test plans; create architectural and code‑level documentation.
• Ensure analytic levels are achieved; identify and manage interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.
• Provide cost and time estimates for project tasks; complete project work within agreed deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, senior leaders, and team members to discuss requirements, explore solutions, and demonstrate functionality.

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered.

• Extract data from custom file formats using C#.
• Work with SSIS and deploy packages to SQL Server.
• Use multiple data source types (files, SQL databases).
• Create environment variables and assign them in SQL Server.
• Write stored procedures, views, functions, queries, and design tables for data warehouses.
• Create foreign key, primary key, and other constraints on tables.
• Understand staging and warehouse database design.
• Use Microsoft SQL Server and Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Create tabular models and cubes; write DAX formulas for measures; deploy models to SQL Server.
• Manage roles and row‑level security in SSAS.
• Work with Power BI; create and support dashboards; perform data analysis and validation; write DAX formulas.
