As an Analytics & Reporting Manager within the Transformation Office (VCO), you will play a critical role in enabling transparency, rigor, and accountability across the enterprise value creation program. This role owns the analytics, reporting, and data infrastructure that underpins how transformation value is tracked, measured, and communicated to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the end‑to‑end value tracking framework for the enterprise value creation program
  • Maintain and evolve tools and methodologies used to track initiative pipeline, savings realization, and performance versus targets and predetermined baseline
  • Structure and deliver regular executive‑ready reporting on:
    • Value creation pipeline and initiative status
    • Performance versus targets and plan
    • Risks, slippage, and upside opportunities
  • Prepare reporting leveraged by the Chief Transformation Officer and senior leadership for governance, steering, and decision‑making
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across reporting outputs
  • Continuously improve reporting automation, scalability, and usability
  • Work closely with the VCO team to guide how savings and value opportunities are structured, documented, and maintained in the value tracking tool
  • Partner with VCO Finance to ensure alignment between value tracking, financial measurement, and P&L impact
  • Provide standardized reporting and analytics to support Finance’s validation and tracking of transformation impact
  • Ensure consistency between initiative‑level tracking and enterprise‑level reporting
  • Support analytics efforts to identify, size, and prioritize new value creation initiatives
  • Perform analytical deep dives to quantify opportunities, assess trade‑offs, and support fact‑based decision making
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, implications, and recommendations for non‑technical audiences
  • Serve as a trusted analytics and reporting partner to cross‑functional value creation teams
  • Support teams that may be less familiar with data and analytics by providing guidance, structure, and clarity
  • Enable a common language and understanding of performance across the enterprise
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, analytics, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or finance roles supporting large‑scale transformations or performance programs
    • Proven experience designing and maintaining performance tracking, reporting, and analytics in complex, multi‑initiative environments
    • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
    • Experience working across a broad set of analytics, data, and performance management tools, including Excel, Power BI, enterprise performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), and initiative/value tracking tools
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive‑level communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in PE‑backed portfolio companies, merger integration
    • Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx) is a plus
