Position SummaryWe are seeking a Hospitality Applications Analyst to support critical hotel and hospitality technology platforms within a fast-paced operational environment.
Candidates with experience supporting hospitality operations within hotels, resorts, casinos, or large hospitality organizations are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for hospitality applications and business systems.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, incidents, and user-reported problems.
- Manage and track support tickets through Service Now.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations.
- Work closely with business users, vendors, and technology teams.
- Troubleshoot system integrations and application performance issues.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.
- Maintain system documentation and support procedures.
- Ensure high levels of application availability and operational support.
- Experience supporting hospitality or hotel technology applications.
- Strong application support and troubleshooting background.
- Experience working within IT support or application operations environments.
- Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to support multiple priorities in a production environment.
- Experience supporting one or more of the following platforms:
- Hospitality Point-of-Sale Systems
- Casino Hospitality Operations
- Industry Experience Preferred
- Candidates with experience supporting technology environments within Hospitality Organizations will be highly preferred.
