Eligibility Requirements
- High school graduation, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Three (3) years of microcomputer support experience, including one (1) year of direct support and troubleshooting of desktop computers and related systems; OR
- Two (2) years of college with a major in IT-related technologies such as Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (CS), and one (1) year of direct support and troubleshooting of desktop computers and related systems.
- A valid driver’s license that allows the applicant/employee to legally operate a motor vehicle in Nevada, maintained for the duration of the assignment.
- Copy of current driving history (dated within six months) issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles at the time of application or Qualified Selection Pool placement and at the time of interview before final selection.
