• Normal work hours are between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST, Monday through Thursday.

• Bachelor s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum (4) years work experience in GIS or related field.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate experience using ArcGIS software to create/edit data and create/modify static and web maps.
• Ability to learn Elections software Total Vote and Total Address for processing Elections data into Elections system.
• Ability to organize, review, and clean up GIS data and project files across multiple platforms.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT staff and other departmental GIS personnel.

• ArcGIS Pro
• ArcGIS Online
• ArcGIS Enterprise

• Experience with GIS programming languages python, arcade, SQL.
• Experience developing ArcGIS web content, such as, web applications, dashboards and maps, using ArcGIS Online and Enterprise.
• Experience integrating a variety of data sources into the ESRI/ArcGIS platform.
• Experience working with local government.
• Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Service Now.
