IT Senior Director – Technical Business Relationship Manager
Our client is seeking an IT Senior Director – Technical Business Relationship Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between IT capabilities and key business functions including Product Engineering, the CTO organization, Data/AI, and Game Technology. This leadership role partners directly with business stakeholders to create, maintain, and execute IT and Global Information Security roadmaps, direct select programs, and lead organizational change management initiatives.
This is an opportunity for an experienced technology leader to shape multi-year strategy while driving flawless execution across a global organization.
- Job Type: Direct Hire (Hybrid)

- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $185,000/year plus bonus

- Build strong partnerships across IT, GIS, the CTO organization, Product Group Engineering, and Data/BI to ensure clear project objectives, cooperative delivery, and shared accountability
- Translate business demand into IT supply by developing business cases, high-level requirements, and change management plans
- Direct quarterly, fiscal year, and multi-year roadmaps amid ongoing change and rising demand, balancing risk, value, strategic coherence, and capacity versus demand planning
- Drive effective portfolio management including regular operations reviews and steering committees
- Deliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status
- At least 15 years of combined experience in Information Technology and Global Information Security
- Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, architecture, and established guidelines
- Experience crafting, managing, tracking, and reporting on yearly and multi-year roadmaps, and managing capacity and demand across numerous teams
- Strong experience managing projects and initiatives across the globe, with the ability to work flexible hours alongside collaborators in multiple time zones
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, project management, engineering, or a related field preferred; PMP, Networking, and Cybersecurity certifications preferred
