We’re hiring Client Services Specialist – Alcohol Beverage Industry in Las Vegas, NV
Job DetailsDroisys is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Success / Client Services Specialist with experience in the alcohol beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, distributor/supplier workflows, and customer support functions within the beverage alcohol ecosystem.
This role requires strong computer literacy and familiarity with industry-related analytics platforms, ERP systems, CRM tools, audit/compliance systems, and SaaS applications. The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as approximately 50% of the role involves communication via Zoom and phone with customers and internal teams.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include supporting customers, assisting with onboarding and training, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams, and helping clients maximize value from our AI-powered SaaS platform. Training on our applications will be provided. Experience or interest in AI technologies will be a strong advantage.
Qualifications- Experience in the alcohol beverage industry (sales support, customer service, operations, or sales)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with CRM, ERP, analytics, and audit systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- AI knowledge or exposure is a plus
