As an Implementation Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a world‑class service experience to our casino customers. You will ensure flawless installations and support, both onsite and virtually.

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.
• Collaborate with customer representatives to plan system access rights and enter configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot third‑party products like printers, scanners, and card readers.
• Validate the accurate operation of all equipment, system capabilities, and reports.
• Deliver classroom training on Oasis 360 Management System modules and partner products.
• Schedule post‑installation meetings with Support, PMO, Product, and D&D to report software issues.
• Perform onsite installations, upgrades, conversions, troubleshooting, and repairs of Oasis Gaming Servers, gaming controllers, and other hardware.
• Manage pre‑staging, assembly, and efficient implementation of hardware kits.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Coordinate all installations and schedules with the Operations Manager and other relevant collaborators.
• Monitor service activities and bring up issues as necessary to ensure customer happiness.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow accurate parts inventory programs for customer accounts.
• Build customer advocacy for Aristocrat products and services by setting the industry standard.

• An Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming experience within technology or similar expertise preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and the capability to collaborate with diverse personalities and management tiers.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in Aristocrat’s customer jurisdictions.

Up to 50%.

$18.50 - $33.94 per hour. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
