Computer Support Specialists

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Your main duties will include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and maintaining the network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to users on how to use various computer systems and software.

To be successful in this role you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem‑solving skills. A proven track record of providing quality customer service is also essential. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role.

• Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Train users on how to use various computer systems and software.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
