ScheduleFull‑Time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
CompensationStarting Pay: $56,000 – $70,000 per year.

DescriptionPCI is seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Service Desk & Facilities Lead who is experienced in IT service desk operations and has strong problem‑solving skills.
What You'll Do Service Desk Support- Provide on‑site technical support for 50+ local users, including laptop configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Deliver remote technical co‑support for 200+ users in the St. Cloud, MN office and working‑from‑home environments.
- Deploy and manage software installations, updates, and patches using tools such as PDQ and Smart Deploy across all company locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Las Vegas office facilities matters, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for building services, including cleaning, repairs, and security.
- Coordinate office maintenance, security, and emergency preparedness efforts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
- Identify process improvements to enhance IT support and facilities management efficiency.
- Provide clear, concise updates on technical and facilities issues, resolutions, and timelines to staff and stakeholders.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and certification in a related field.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for laptops, software, and IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of service desk management tools and endpoint security practices.
- Familiarity with facilities operations, including HVAC systems, security, and emergency preparedness.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance for occasional work‑related travel.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an organization of 100+ employees.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience using systems such as Active Directory, Confluence, Duo, Jira Service Desk, Office 365, PDQ, and Zoom.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar.

- Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PST
- Work Setting: In‑Office
- On‑call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks
- Starting Pay: $56,000 – $70,000 per year.
