Technical Analyst (Help desk, Desktop Support)

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)

Job Type: 4-Month Contract

Pay: $25.00/hr (W2)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Start Date: ASAP

We're seeking a Technical Analyst who can help bridge the gap between end users and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving problems, gathering information, improving processes, and working directly with users.

What You'll Do
  • Review and analyze IT systems, processes, and operational workflows
  • Work with end users to understand issues, needs, and business requirements
  • Document findings and communicate requirements to technical teams
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve system functionality and efficiency
  • Support ongoing IT initiatives and operational projects
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and engineering or development teams
  • Help track issues, document resolutions, and maintain system-related records
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in IT support, technical analysis, systems support, help desk, or a related role
  • Understanding of common IT concepts, systems, and business applications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to gather requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Ability to follow established processes and work under guidance from senior team members
