Job Description

The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and resolve PC, Mac, and Telecom related issues.

* Assist with network and engineering teams when required.

* Function as an escalation point for lower level technicians.

* Mentor and lead other team members.

* Analyze and prioritize incoming issues.

* Provide instruction for procedural and technical issues.

* Work with other departments to come up with solutions to situations.

* Schedule, setup, and organize the IT portion of special events.

* Schedule and organize the IT portion of department moves.

* Maintain and evaluate IT inventory.

* Support and assist Executive staff to issues.

Qualifications

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Initiative to see issues through to resolution.

* Strong and professional customer service skills.

* Experience with installing and troubleshooting client PC devices.

* Experience with installing and troubleshooting Hotel and Casino applications.

* Experience with all variety of mobile devices.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.

* Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
