IT Technician IV, Information Technology Department, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine
This position is located in the Information Technology Department at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. The main purpose of the position is to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers and support endpoint devices.
Role Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers and endpoint devices.
- Manage customer requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Triage requests for various departments.
- Communicate incidents or changes to customers.
- Graduation from high school or equivalent and five years of experience with typical computer systems, operating systems, applications, and peripherals, three years of which must have included IT work experience in a user support role; OR one year of relevant experience as an IT Technician III in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.

SalaryGrade 32 Step 1, salary $57,252.96 per year.
