Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Service Now Systems Administrator (Support Focus) to assist with the day-to-day support and basic administration of the Service Now platform.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience supporting Service Now in a helpdesk or systems support environment and is looking to grow their skills in platform administration. The focus of this role is support, minor configuration changes, and troubleshooting — not heavy development or architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for the Service Now platform (primarily ITSM modules)
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and basic workflow issues
- Make minor updates to forms, fields, and workflows
- Assist with user access, roles, and permissions within Service Now
- Support data accuracy within CMDB and service records
- Assist with small enhancements and updates based on business needs
- Support basic workflow changes and process improvements
- Participate in testing and validation during platform updates or changes
- Escalate more complex development or scripting needs
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for Service Now-related issues
- Work closely with IT teams and end users to resolve platform questions
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to system access
- Partner with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and vendors
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Help maintain consistency and best practices across the platform
- Experience supporting or administering Service Now (hands-on, not just user)
- Background in helpdesk, application support, or systems support roles
- Experience troubleshooting incidents and service requests
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Basic experience with Service Now configuration (forms, fields, workflows)
- Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Experience with user access and permissions
- Exposure to basic scripting (JavaScript in Service Now)
- Experience with Active Directory or general IT systems
- Service Now CSA certification (or working toward it)
- Experience in gaming or hospitality environments
- Must be able to pass a gaming background check
- Comfortable working onsite in Las Vegas
