Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Develop and document business and IT process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Perform fit-gap analyses.
- Gather and document design requirements.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute testing plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
- Assist with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
- Assist with troubleshooting software systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Essential
Skills:
- Business Analysis 7+ Years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand.
- Skilled in the use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Share Point
Must Have:
- Business Analysis with strong SDLC & process modeling expertise
- Strong communication & stakeholder management in cross-functional, remote teams
- Proficiency in data analysis, documentation tools, and Atlassian suite
