Technical Analyst

Job Title

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Work with Marketing to fine tune the requirements list and review functional feedback from the discovery work
• Document requirements and assist in getting documented sign off from the business
• Analyze existing documentation and assist with knowledge transfer between vendors (i.e. ATI, Agilysys, Rez Trip, Assa, Zaplox)

System and Architecture Design

• Analyze existing architecture diagrams and assist architecture with updates where needed
• Assist Anthony with lab set up and installations where needed
• Coordinate with product owners and cloud architecture on updates to API in AWS where needed (BVDI)

Project Management and Timeline Tracking

• Establish Milestones and Deadlines:
  Work with the vendor to create a project timeline with key milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor Progress:
  Track the progress of the development phase, ensuring the vendor is meeting deadlines and addressing issues as they arise.
• Manage Risk:
  Identify potential risks related to technology, timelines, or resource constraints and work proactively to mitigate them.
• Ensure Communication:
  Maintain regular communication with the vendor to provide status updates to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment.

Integration and Data Management

• Coordinate on data/reporting needs
• Assist with requirements documentation and sign off on marketing data requirements
• Coordinate with data engineering on requirements and data maps for “new” mobile app data for EDW

Training and Knowledge Transfer

• Assist with training/support documentation gathering
• Assist with support plan, hand off to product team and hand off to IT Ops team

Launch and Post-Launch Support

• Assist with coordinating launch plan when ready
• Track app performance and assist with initial launch as needed (limited time after go live)
• Temporary assistance with app data/reporting post go
