Axuus Virtual Attendant

Our company is Axuus. Axuus does virtual access control services for communities in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas.

• Answering calls: Assist people checking in ng our software, you will remotely see the other party and use provided tools to check them in properly.
• Create events: Log events based on information from audio conversations or video feeds.
• Monitor cameras: Ensure systems are running smoothly and alert a supervisor if problems or questions arise.
• Supervision: Oversee other Virtual Attendants to ensure they are working effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Respond to concerns through our software and troubleshoot problems as you become familiar with the system.

• Computer-savvy: Must be able to navigate websites, set up a headset/microphone, and use a keyboard efficiently. If working from home, you must provide your own computer with sufficient processor and RAM to handle multiple tasks, web pages, and camera feeds.
• Punctual: Reliability is essential. You must show up on time or early. Absences must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• Fast-paced mindset: This role is similar to an entry-level air traffic controller; you will remain busy throughout your shift.
• Self-motivated: You must be able to complete tasks under your own guidance and proactively ask questions when needed.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Language: English (Required)
• Shift availability: Day, Night, and Overnight shifts preferred
• Work Location: Remote
