Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the city of Las Vegas. Your main duties will include troubleshooting computer issues, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and assisting with network setup and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
