Event Solutions / Registration Technician – Las Vegas based position
(Contract position, part-time, flexible hours)
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for the sales team.
- Offer virtual tech support for clients.
- Test software solutions.
- Ensure hardware compatibility.
- Handle shipping and receiving responsibilities.
- Employment Type: Contract, part-time, flexible hours.
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, varying by active projects.
- Location: Las Vegas area; mostly remote with occasional onsite warehouse work for prep, shipping, and receiving duties.
- Start Date: August 1st, 2026 (or sooner).
- Pay: $25 per hour, plus the option to take on additional projects for additional pay.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30‑40 pound boxes.
- Live event experience.
- Experience with registration badge printers and registration software programming.
- Proficiency with Cvent or similar software.
- IT and networking knowledge.
- Audio‑visual basics (helpful but not required).
- Travel is optional but helpful.
- Permanent U.S. citizenship required. Applicants must have work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and not require visa sponsorship.
