Position Summary
Plan and coordinate security solutions to protect the organization from cyber threats. Design, implement and monitor enterprise security controls, including Managed Detection & Response (MDR), SIEM, cloud security, email protection and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities.

Key Responsibilities- Assess, design, and implement security solutions and capabilities.
- Consult on security architecture and implement enterprise security technologies.
- Operate and tune MDR solutions, investigate alerts, hunt threats.
- Develop correlation rules and dashboards in SIEM/UEBA platforms.
- Secure cloud services via Secure Service Edge solutions.
- Manages email security platforms, configure anti‑phishing, analyze threats.
- Conduct risk assessments, support audits, maintain policies, communicate risk posture.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, incident response, evidence preservation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
- Two years of experience in network, systems or security roles, with at least one year in an enterprise security capacity.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, Associate CISSP, GSEC, or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in:
- Advanced Detection & Response (MDR/XDR).
- SIEM, UEBA & Advanced Analytics.
- Cloud Security & Secure Service Edge.
- Email Security & Threat Protection.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Knowledge and skills in secure system engineering, cyber threat analysis, forensic evidence preservation, cloud security practices, IT governance, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Mobility in an office setting, ability to sit for extended periods, read printed materials and computer screens, communicate effectively, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
