Location: Hybrid | Las Vegas, NV

Travel: 1 to 3 trips per month to Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential)

Pay: $60+/hour W2 (Depending on Experience)

We’re seeking a Senior Data Integration Consultant to lead one of the most strategic work streams within a large‑scale enterprise transformation. You’ll play a critical role in bringing together two complex enterprise data environments into a single, scalable future‑state solution. Working closely with Data & Analytics leadership, you’ll analyze existing data structures, define integration and migration strategies, identify risks, and drive technical decisions that shape the success of the overall program.

• Analyze, compare, and reconcile complex enterprise data models

  , and data mappings across multiple source systems.
• Design and define data integration
  , data migration
  , and system integration strategies that support future‑state business objectives.
• Develop and validate data mapping
  , data transformation
  , and data reconciliation approaches to ensure accurate and reliable data movement.
• Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to prioritize work, sequence implementation activities, and establish an enterprise integration roadmap.
• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, developers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify data quality
  , data governance
  , and integration risks early while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) principles, enterprise data standards, and data validation efforts throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership on enterprise data architecture

• 8+ years of experience in data integration
  , data migration
  , enterprise data architecture
  , data engineering
  , or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale system integration
  , data consolidation
  , or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in data modeling
  , data mapping
  , data transformation
  , data quality
  , and data governance
  .
• Experience designing integration solutions across multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and validate complex datasets.
• Experience working with enterprise integration and ETL technologies such as Azure Data Factory
  , Informatica
  , Talend
  , SSIS
  , Databricks
  , Snowflake
  , or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting Master Data Management (MDM) or enterprise data governance initiatives is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced, highly visible enterprise programs.

• Large‑scale enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Merger & acquisition (M&A) integrations or enterprise data migrations.
• Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Navitaire, or other reservation or transportation platforms are a plus, but not required.
• Consulting experience leading enterprise data strategy and integration efforts.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently move between strategy and execution. Someone who enjoys digging into complex data relationships while also stepping back to design the broader integration approach.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly analytical, and comfortable making recommendations in ambiguous situations. You’ll be expected to influence technical teams, collaborate with executive leadership, simplify complex problems, and own critical integration decisions from start to finish.
