Redemption Coordinator – Corporate

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of promotional offers and events by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring information is complete and up to date.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather data, track participant and event details, identify discrepancies, and support ongoing operational processes.
• Look for ways that promote a continuous improvement mentality.

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least a minimum of two (2) years’ of similar work experience, prefer to include experience with data base functionality
• Maintains a high level of software skills in Microsoft Office application tools; intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Database knowledge and skills with the ability to create reports and run queries
• Individual must possess good PC skills, strong written and oral communication with the ability to communicate clearly
• Effective organization and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to take ownership of the information and continuously look for improvement
• Well organized and possess great attention to detail
• Works individually and in team environments equally and efficiently
• Possess a willingness to learn and ability to be mentored
• Must be able to attain a gaming license in several states

• Experience in accounting, audit, marketing or a financial function
• Experience working with data sets, data compilation or data entry
