Lead One of the Most Visible Work streams in a Major Airline Integration

We re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Commercial workstream supporting a large-scale airline integration following a recent merger.

This is one of the highest visibility work streams within the broader enterprise transformation, spanning the Passenger Service System (PSS), approximately 10 to 15 connected commercial products, and integrations across digital channels, marketing technology, revenue platforms, and other customer-facing systems. You ll also collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other integration teams to ensure work stays aligned across the enterprise.

This is not a project coordinator or status reporting role. We re looking for someone who can lead through influence, drive difficult conversations, remove roadblocks, and keep executives aligned as the organization delivers a highly complex integration.

• Own the Commercial workstream from planning through execution, including scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and executive decision tracking.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple business, technology, vendor, and integration partner teams.
• Partner directly with senior business and IT leaders to establish priorities, resolve roadblocks, and drive timely decisions.
• Coordinate work across the Passenger Service System (PSS), commercial applications, digital products, marketing technology, and connected enterprise platforms.
• Lead executive steering committee meetings, governance sessions, working sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Drive accountability for action items, deliverables, ownership, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Support integration planning activities including requirements, solution planning, testing, cutover, change management, and operational readiness.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, dependency conflicts, resource constraints, and key decision points before they impact delivery.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready status reporting and communicate complex issues clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches based on the needs of each initiative.

• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs involving multiple business units, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise platform implementations, integrations, or large transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project governance, executive reporting, and integrated project plans.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

• Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration experience.
• Airline, travel, hospitality, transportation, or other operationally complex industries.
• Experience supporting Commercial organizations including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Management, Digital Products, Loyalty, or Passenger Service Systems.
