Link Technologies (), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a UX Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV.

This individual will lead a team of UX professionals while remaining hands-on throughout the design process. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, guiding design strategy, participating in discovery sessions, and producing high-quality user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of UX Designers and UX Managers.
- Participate in product discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Drive UX strategy across multiple digital initiatives.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
- Help establish UX best practices, design standards, and consistency across products.
- Balance people leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on with design work.
- Support Agile product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring UX teams.
- Strong experience with Figma.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web and mobile experiences.
- Experience working within Agile product environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hospitality experience.
- Experience leading enterprise UX teams.
- Experience building or managing design systems.
