Role Overview
The Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless technology performance across the property. This position is responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity challenges, and delivering reliable on‑site support for both new and existing systems.
What You Will DoSupport, troubleshoot & deployment of end user devices, network, WiFi, mobile devices, and applications. Assist Property Technology Engineers with escalated incidents and requests they are unable to handle independently.
